This 100 lb box beef package includes, 50 lbs of ground beef, 20 lbs of assorted steaks, and 30 lbs of roasts, short ribs, filet and other cuts. Depending on availability this package will include brisket and flank steak. 

This package takes 5-7 cubic feet of freezer space. It will provide 50-70 meals, a 15-25 week supply of meat in the freezer.
